About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing effective solutions during the design development phase, collaborating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and integrity.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior drafters, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Implement new procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and maintain alignment with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead building documentation from initial concept through to completion, solving design and construction challenges across disciplines.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior drafters, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive innovation by staying current on industry advancements, consistently implementing new procedures for enhanced efficiency.

About You:

  • We are seeking an experienced drafter with at least 3 years of drafting experience (Revit/AutoCAD) on mid to large-scale building projects.
  • You should have expertise in Revit with a strong understanding of structural detailing and BIM processes, plus the ability to coordinate effectively across disciplines.
  • A strong communicator, solution-focused, and proactive in project management is essential.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
