We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role will offer a hybrid working environment with up to 2 days working from home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Australian Weekly and Monthly Salaried payroll, utilizing their advanced knowledge of AU payroll legislation.
A minimum of 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience is required, along with the ability to manage multiple complex payrolls effectively.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Advanced AU payroll legislation knowledge
- Proven experience managing multiple complex payrolls
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative and creative approach
