Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to lead the implementation of our OOSD solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing the OOSD implementation product strategy, working closely with Commercial and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the OOSD implementation product strategy, including NDC and other Commercial and IT stakeholders
  • Lead conversations and decision-making with stakeholders to define high-level requirements for the OOSD solution
  • Develop and manage the OOSD adoption pathway, including KPIs and metrics
  • Identify and capture opportunities to drive traffic, adoption, commercial, and customer outcomes in all channels enabled by OO APIs
  • Drive continuous optimization and improvement in the OOSD product based on analytics and customer feedback
  • Lead discussions and decisions with stakeholders to define high-level requirements
  • Own the Vendor relationship with respect to OOSD products, with a focus on Offer specifically
  • Take full accountability for delivering new features throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager of systems and processes with high technology dependency, changes in the airline industry
  • Strong background in program delivery
  • Expertise in executing technology-driven projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in using analytics to drive data-driven insights for enhancing NDC channel capabilities and trade partner adoption
  • A collaborative team player who is empathetic, resourceful, and results-oriented
  • A deep understanding of airline markets and indirect distribution channels
  • Familiarity with airline distribution systems
  • Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Teams, and SharePoint collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of Sabre PSS
