This position plays a pivotal role in empowering athletes to achieve sustained success on national and international levels. As a Senior Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement Advisor, you will guide high-performance athletes through critical transitions, fostering a culture that prioritizes wellbeing alongside performance.
The responsibilities include leading a team of practitioners, driving operational priorities across wellbeing services, designing and delivering projects that enhance athlete wellbeing, and maintaining professional standards.
To excel in this role, applicants must possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent industry certifications, at least 5 years' experience in a related position, contemporary knowledge of athlete wellbeing issues, and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
