Becoming a vital member of our retail team, you will be dedicated to inspiring customers for life.

We're seeking passionate and driven athletes who can deliver exceptional customer service and provide a positive, athletic spirit to our customers.

An ideal candidate should have:

  • Prior experience in retail and/or customer service
  • A strong passion for delivering premium service experiences
  • A zeal for the sports industry
  • A natural sense of urgency
  • An energetic demeanor

This is a part-time role working 60 hours per fortnight, with a rotating roster and alternate weekends.

You'll be part of a diverse and inclusive culture, with opportunities for growth and development.

Our responsibilities include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service
  • Maintaining expert product knowledge
  • Replenishing and maintaining stock levels
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards in-store
  • Assisting the store to achieve key performance indicators
