Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at The Como Melbourne, part of the Accor Group. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless event experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate event details, including finalizing contracts and taking pre-payments.
- Compile event orders and lead event order meetings.
- Manage administrative tasks related to events, including posting charges and updating group information.
- Meet and greet clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Send proposals and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure group requirements are met.
- Monitor group reservations, liaising with clients and inputting details into the reservations system.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with a bright and bubbly approach.
- Knowledge of hotel conferencing and events administration.
- Experience using a PMS, such as Opera, is preferred but not essential.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and some weekends, with the right to work in Australia.
