We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses with recent experience in caring for high care and dementia residents to join our team at a Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.
You will be pivotal in delivering safe, contemporary clinical care to our residents, including assessing their health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional medical care, including wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care and other clinical procedures as may be necessary.
- Liaise with relevant residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital and other specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high-level clinical care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent experience in caring for high care and dementia residents.
- Knowledge of palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, care plans and medication management.
