Job Title: Clinical Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Professional to join our team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.

This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, safe care to our residents, utilizing your expertise in assessing health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.

  • Key responsibilities will include providing medical care to residents, including wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures.
  • You will work closely with residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital, and specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive the best possible care.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents

Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, care plans
