As a high-quality clinical pharmacy specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing clinical practice. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative clinical pharmacy services.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services, including mentoring and supporting pharmacists, technicians, interns, and students. You will work collaboratively with key staff members across the organization to achieve patient-focused KPIs and promote the quality use of medicines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
- Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable
