Job Title: Attractions Host

Overview:
As an Attractions Host, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing quality service and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various attractions throughout the park safely and efficiently.
• Address guest concerns in a professional manner while adhering to company policies.
• Supervise attractions and ensure policy compliance at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older.
• High level of physical fitness, stamina, and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with principles of quality customer service.
• Experience working within a water park environment and the Aquatics Industry.

Additional Requirements:
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.

Note: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and stamina, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
