We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Aesthetic Nurse to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to excel in their career while delivering outstanding cosmetic results.
- About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical or aesthetic nursing experience, with a strong background in facial anatomy, aesthetics, and injection techniques. They will be responsible for performing non-surgical cosmetic treatments with precision and care, ensuring adherence to high standards and protocols.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, offering tailored treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring treatment plans and results are tracked effectively.
- Proactively address and manage any client concerns, including adverse events, with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop and maintain a personal social media presence to showcase work, in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless, exceptional client experience and promote skincare and laser treatments.
- Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
- A post-graduate certification in Cosmetic Nursing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and injection techniques, along with excellent time management and adaptability.
