Palliative Care Specialist Position

WA Country Health Service is seeking a skilled Palliative Care Specialist to join our team in various locations across the South West region. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients and their families.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with advanced clinical competence and relevant experience in palliative care. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating nursing interventions, recommending effective management strategies, and coordinating quality improvement projects related to palliative care delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership and teamwork abilities. They will also be able to incorporate risk management and quality management principles into their practice.
