Your Role

You will be part of a collaborative team that values empathy, client-centered practice, and continuous learning, providing trauma-informed support to help clients maintain stable housing, improve their wellbeing, and access the services they need.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver client-centered case management to support housing stability.
  • Build strong partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and NGOs.
  • Uphold clients' rights with respect, confidentiality, and a trauma-informed approach.

Key Requirements:

  • TAFE Certificate IV or equivalent qualification in welfare or a related field.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable women/children, ideally in a community services setting.
  • Familiarity with homelessness issues and local support services.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
