Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Professional to optimize our existing processes and develop our Site Training and Development program.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for stimulating employees to develop their capabilities while maintaining our training needs and compliance to drive cultural and capability improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training activities, systems, and supporting administration to ensure seamless delivery of our training programs
  • Own the Learning Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
  • Monitor module completion and follow up where required to maintain high levels of employee engagement
  • Support the Site CI Manager to deploy T&D Pillar, engaging with key stakeholders across the site to promote collaborative working practices
  • Partner with Safety, Quality, and HR leaders to ensure site compliance with mandatory compliance training and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with site shift managers to administer skills matrix and identify areas for development
  • Facilitate employee induction and orientation, assigning and tracking 'on-the-job' training materials to support career growth and development

Your Skills and Qualifications:

We require a candidate with 2+ years of experience in Training, Operations, and/or Manufacturing fields, as well as demonstrated experience with a Learning Management System (LMS). A Certificate IV Training and Assessment is desirable. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, problem-solving and influencing skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
