As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a dynamic media strategy, driving revenue through physical and digital retail channels.

You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing to deliver customized campaigns that will take our customers on a journey like never before.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years in media planning, buying, and optimization, with 5+ years in retail media.
  • Experience building multi-channel media sales programs and selling digital media.
  • Strong analytical skills, sales forecasting, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing the Retail Media Strategy aligned to the Long-Term Business Plan, including establishing, building, leading and evolving the Retail Media Program.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Merchandise to identify new retail media opportunities & partnerships aligned to category business plans and overall business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create and execute effective media campaigns, ensuring all retail media supplier commitments are adhered to.
  • Developing and implementing multi-channel media strategies to support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Managing media planning, buying, and optimization across all owned and paid channels, including digital, print, broadcast, social media, website, and in-store channels.
  • Utilizing retail media platforms and scheduling tools to plan and implement campaigns.
  • Leading a team to assist in the delivery and success of the Baby Bunting Retail Media Program.
