Blis is looking for a driven and energetic salesperson to join our growing team. As a Sales and Account Director, you will be responsible for leveraging existing relationships and building a pipeline of opportunity across the Blis product set.

About the Role:

  • Present Blis' OMNI audience and OMNI measurement solutions to media agencies.
  • Acquire and convert agency media briefs and manage pipeline for monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Target media agencies and their clients including agency planners, strategists, and programmatic teams.
  • Convert pipeline and acquire new customers and accounts to achieve business targets.
  • Develop expertise on Blis USP's and best practices on the Blis platform, offering insights to clients on how to improve their strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and implement quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting/pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in digital media sales and account management - 3+ years.
  • Expert knowledge of the digital media market, advertising, programmatic media, and product & data offerings.
  • Experience in working across an OMNI channel offering that is inclusive of pDOOH, CTV, Digital Audio, and Digital.
  • Knowledge of the broader media market and the role of location / mobile advertising within brands.
  • Demonstration of understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media strategists, planners, and buyers.
  • Curently leveraging digital budgets from media agencies.
  • Existing relationships within the Sydney media agency groups.
