About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 2IC to join our Alexandria Clinic in NSW, working 38 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing day-to-day operations, supervising administration staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinic operations and ensure efficient day-to-day management
- Supervise and develop administration staff to achieve business outcomes
- Assist with human resource functions, including recruitment and performance management
- Promote a high standard of customer service delivery
- Perform reception and general administration duties
- Process medical bookings and manage results
- Conduct preliminary medical assessments and administer health questionnaires
- Manage invoicing and financial transactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Relevant experience in supervising staff and managing day-to-day operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Clarity/Best Practice software
- Ability to engage and motivate staff to achieve business outcomes
- High level of computer skills
