We're seeking a People Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping employee experience, fostering high performance, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement People Processes: Create scalable people programs that align with company values and objectives.
  2. Refine People Tech Stack: Automate processes where possible, introducing AI tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining a human touch.
  3. Ensure HR Handbooks and Policies: Facilitate safe and speedy scaling by ensuring all essential HR handbooks, policies, and procedures are in place.
  4. Support Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, employment contracts, visas, and other people-related tasks.
  5. Review Employee Benefits: Collaborate with UK and US teams to review and revise employee benefits globally.
  6. Create Onboarding Experience: Develop and iterate on our onboarding process to help new team members thrive and support leaders cross-functionally.
  7. Design Performance Enablement Cycles: Create and manage performance enablement cycles, tools, timelines, templates, communications, calibration, and more.
  8. Partner with Leads: Help their teams grow through clear role design, pathways, feedback mechanisms, and growth conversations.
  9. Design Engagement Surveys: Run engagement surveys, surface insights, and support teams to act on results.
  10. Analyze People Data: Analyze people data, establish key metrics, and inform decisions to improve processes.
