Hepatology Nurse Consultant Role

This opportunity offers a dynamic environment where you can provide expert nursing care to patients with Hepatitis infection, advanced liver disease, and other hepatology conditions.

You will be responsible for providing leadership, advice, and recommendations on all aspects of nursing and consulting on the safe and appropriate use of nursing practices.

  • Develop and implement policies, guide practice development, and participate in education and research activities.
  • Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff and act as a role model, delivering high-quality nursing care regularly.

To be successful, you will require at least five years of full-time postgraduate experience, with three years equivalent in Hepatology, and an approved postgraduate qualification or evidence of working towards a Master's level qualification.

You must possess clinical leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework, have effective communication and interpersonal skills across various mediums, and understand the practice development framework.
