Leading Government Client is looking for a highly skilled automation test specialist to join their team on a 3 months contract.

Location: Ballarat/Melbourne/Canberra/Brisbane

The Test Specialist will contribute towards defining a Test Automation framework and the automation of manual testing tasks across all projects. Key responsibilities include:

- Contributing towards defining a Test Automation framework and automating manual testing tasks
- Experience with mobile test automation using Appium
- Implementing and managing continuous automated testing integration using Microsoft tools (e.g. Microsoft Test Manager, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Unit testing framework) for the automation of functional/system testing.

Key requirements include:

- Be an Australian citizen
- Been resident in Australia for the past 5 years
- Not spent greater than 12 months cumulative out of Australia during the past 5 years
- Satisfy an AU Gov client Pre-Engagement Integrity Check
- Current AGSVA baseline security clearance is preferable, or eligible to obtain an AGSVA baseline security clearance

Required skills and qualifications include:

- Practical programming experience using .NET (preferably C#), SQL, XML and package management (e.g. nuget, npm etc).
- Experience with mobile test automation using Appium
- Experience with Microsoft tools (e.g. Microsoft Test Manager, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Unit testing framework.
