About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Category Buyer - Beauty to join our dynamic commercial team at THE ICONIC. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the beauty category, curating a selection that reflects the latest trends and meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the e-commerce industry.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and assist in the selection and deactivation process.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for contracts with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and propose informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve mutual goals and foster long-term partnerships.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Buyer with a passion for beauty and a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry. You should have excellent communication skills, a great eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
