Your New RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team at Heatherton, VIC. This is a 6-month contract role with core hours of 6am to 2pm, with some flexibility required at times. You will report to the Neverfail Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring all manufacturing processes are compliant with CCEP specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage site activities, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, cooler servicing, and dispatch.
- Oversee inventory levels and production scheduling.
- Motivate and empower a small team to deliver quality and effective outcomes.
- Model behaviours and leadership to drive a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Manage financial costs for the site.
- Demonstrate achievements driving operational efficiencies and change management initiatives.
- Safety and quality focus and awareness.
- Experience leading teams in a factory/manufacturing/operational environment.
- Experience managing projects to schedule, scope, and budget.
