About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the strategic technology roadmap, working alongside the Product Manager to engage with the business and understand their needs.
  • Manage stakeholders, including gathering requirements, expectations on timelines, and communication of system changes that will impact business processes.
  • Build operational relationships with key vendors and partners in this space.
  • Lead the day-to-day running of a product team, including developers, designers, business analysts, and testers, to execute their product stream's vision and roadmap.
  • Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the agile team.
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so they are clearly understood by the team.
  • Manage team sprints and perform check-ins and showcases with the team and their stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in analysis and design process by determining key objectives, options, ROI, issues, risks, and implementation strategies.
  • Lead the delivery of components to support the L'Oréal integration on systems including Net Suite, Futur Master, and/or Cegid.
  • Capacity and resource planning for the product team and the product roadmap.
  • Lead the Product team through the L'Oréal integration, ensuring that milestones are delivered on time for the success of the wider program.
Requirements
  • Strong demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail/lifestyle sector.
  • Certification or exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Project Management experience and/or certification.
  • Experience with Net Suite, Futur Master, or Cegid.
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
  • Experience in process design and change for Supply Chain on Finance is highly desirable.
  • Experience in leading a cross-functional team.
  • Experience working in an agile team.
  • Experience in technology product management, project management, or solution design.
  • Experience in managing external vendor relationships.
  • Commercially focused to drive great outcomes for our customer and business.
  • Creative thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
