About Your New RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team at Heatherton, VIC. This is a 6-month contract role, and you will report to the Neverfail Operations Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all manufacturing processes are compliant with CCEP specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all site activities, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, cooler servicing, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory levels and production scheduling.
- Lead and motivate a small team to deliver quality and effective outcomes.
- Model behaviors and leadership to drive a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Manage financial costs for the site.
- Demonstrate achievements driving operational efficiencies and change management initiatives.
