Manufacturing Site Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee the construction and commissioning of a premium-grade manufacturing site in the Redland Bay region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, guiding and supporting the on-site team, and ensuring the project stays on track with timelines and budget goals.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our project's success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage site operations and maintain safety and quality standards
- Guide and support the on-site team, including Foremen and Subcontractors
- Ensure the project stays on track with timelines and budget goals
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum five years' experience in site management, preferably in industrial or commercial builds over $10M
- A hands-on leadership style and excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Formal construction qualifications (minimum trade Certificate) and current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
