The SA Health organization is seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Principal Governance & Metadata Officer. This position will play a crucial part in the implementation and ongoing facilitation, coordination, and review of the SA Health Data Governance Framework.

This individual will collaborate with other departments to develop policies, procedures, and utilize appropriate technologies to support the Framework. The successful candidate will also work across SA Health to ensure understanding and support for data governance.

This role involves managing metadata across the agency for SA Health Data Assets and related products and services. It also entails representing SA Health at national and state levels to promote consistent data stewardship, ensuring users have access to high-quality, reliable data.
