As part of our experienced Healthcare Team in Melbourne, you will work across Health and Aged Care sectors, including Hospitals, Aged Care, and Retirement industry sectors, as well as EY Parthenon functions.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, allowing for flexible work arrangements that balance professional and personal life.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support major Healthcare valuations and transactions
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets
  • Contribute to market research and trend analysis, and support thought leadership papers
  • Collaborate on new and innovative Healthcare practices
  • Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients
  • Utilize real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or Assistant Valuer
  • A general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation as a CPV or MRICS preferred
