Facilities Coordinator Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team in coordinating and organizing our Sydney office, ensuring it runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing internal and external mail, including couriers and court filing.
- Procuring stationery, supplies and office equipment.
- Coordinating building maintenance requests and issues and resolving them efficiently.
- Assisting with staff movements, including relocating office equipment and furniture.
- Supporting event set up, clean up and pack down.
- Processing payment of invoices and general administrative duties and support as required.
- Maintaining archiving procedures, including data entry and offsite storage.
- Providing relief cover for the Receptionist, including breaks and periods of leave.
Requirements: Previous facilities experience, strong coordination and administration skills, excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner, well-organized, efficient and proactive, ability to improve existing processes and procedures.
