We are seeking dedicated and compassionate care professionals to provide in-home support for individuals with a range of needs. Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives and has a commitment to delivering high-quality, personalised care.

As a care professional with Ontime Healthcare, you will be part of a supportive and motivated team that values your well-being and safety. We are committed to building a roster that works for you and gives you time to focus on providing rewarding and varied support to our clients.

  • Certificate III or IV qualification in Individual Support or Disability, or completion of First Year of Bachelor of Nursing
  • Fully Vaccinated (3 x Covid shots, Flu Vaccination, Proof of immunity towards Whooping cough, measles, HepB and chicken pox)
  • Full Working rights
  • Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check
  • 6 months plus paid experience in providing care and support to individuals with a range of needs.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current CPR and First Aid (level 2)
  • Current Australian Driver's License

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily living support such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Offering emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety
  • Assisting individuals with medication and attending medical appointments as required
  • Promoting independence and encouraging individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicating effectively with other professionals involved in the individual's care, including family members and healthcare professionals

You will also require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and willingness to follow company policies and procedures
