Registered Nurses and Healthcare Professionals

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Home Care Employees to join our team in the Epping area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support individuals, families, and communities.

About This Role

We offer various shifts, including active nights, and prioritize maintaining meticulous documentation and fostering clear communication with clients and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care and support to meet the unique needs of clients
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and provide necessary support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current nursing registration (if applicable)
  • A current National Police Clearance
  • A valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
  • CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • General nursing or home care experience preferred
