Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional to join our recovery team.

This role involves supporting patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach. You will be expected to assist with medication supervision/administration, mental state examination/risk evaluation and service implementation under the supervision of a registered Nurse.

  • You will provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support.
  • Assist with medication supervision/administration, mental state examination/risk evaluation and service implementation under the supervision of a registered Nurse.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and carers.
Requirements
  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Certifications
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
