Casual Diploma Qualified Early Years Educators are sought to provide high-quality care and education for children in a supportive environment. Our Family and Children's Centres foster collaboration among experienced, compassionate educators who work with senior management to deliver exceptional outcomes.
About the TeamWe operate three Family and Children's Centres in Carrum, Edithvale and Parkdale. Our centres hold an 'Exceeding' rating under the National Quality Standard, providing a benchmark for excellence in childcare.
Your Key Responsibilities- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
- Collaborate with leaders, coworkers, families, children, and the community to deliver quality programs that respond to individual strengths and interests
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Employee Working with Children check
- Level 2 First Aid certification, including Asthma & Anaphylaxis management and CPR
- Solid understanding of the Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks
As a Casual Diploma Qualified Early Years Educator, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children.
