We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hy-Tec, a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to the commercial, industrial, civil, and residential construction sectors.
### Key Responsibilities
* Ensure safety, health, and environment standards are maintained in the workplace
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer calls professionally and efficiently
* Take and input concrete orders within an allocated section of the Sydney Metropolitan concrete business
* Maintain constant and adequate communication with plant staff and other departments within the business as required
### Requirements
* Commitment to health, safety, and environment policies and procedures
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with drivers, managers, and staff
* Strong understanding of the Sydney metropolitan area
* Accuracy and consistency are essential, along with exceptional customer service skills
* Proven customer service experience is required, and good problem-solving abilities and a good work ethic are necessary
