About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ticket Sales Representative to provide exceptional guest service and facilitate smooth transactions at our entertainment venue.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds and ensuring their experience is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell tickets and assist guests with admission pass purchases under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Handle cash and ticket media reconciliations according to established procedures.
  • Verify payment acceptance and issue refunds or reissue lost tickets as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, providing general information to guests for a pleasant visit.
Requirements and Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with one to two years of experience in cashiering or ticketing.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and work effectively in a dynamic team setting.
