We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

This role is based at our Shepparton store where you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • A strong attention to detail
