Client Care Specialist
">This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on Client Care/Admin professional to join our hearing clinic team.
The role is a permanent, part-time position working 4 days (32 hours) per week, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Appointment Management: Manage the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for clients.
- Client Experience: Greet clients at the clinic and update client records, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
- Support: Assist with client and doctor enquiries, answer clinic phone calls and emails, and provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices.
- Billing: Accurately bill appointments.
- General Office Duties: Perform other general office tasks as required.
Requirements:

- Team Player: Demonstrate experience working within a team environment.
- Judgement and Skills: Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in delivering administrative services.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other Toowoomba clinic from time to time.
