Job Overview
This role involves overseeing the care of clients and ensuring their needs are met. You will be responsible for providing leadership and management to deliver high-quality client experiences while supporting operational goals.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with clients to provide collaborative care, managing their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communicating effectively with team members, clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and share relevant information.
- Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and their families through regular meetings to discuss and review care plans and goals.
- Maintaining compliance standards by implementing and auditing our risk and quality management systems.
About You
We are seeking an individual with previous experience working with ageing adults or aged care, along with a strong understanding of legislation and regulations for home care services. A highly organized, efficient, and effective communicator is required to maintain strong written and verbal skills.
