Personal Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Kardinia Parkside Care Community. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care, Certificate in Disability, or be a nursing student. You will also need to possess a strong understanding of infection control principles and the ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of our residents.
