Feasibility Study Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist the project team in delivering a critical feasibility study for a major energy provider.

Accountabilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of delivering the feasibility study on time, within scope and budget
  • Project management of partners and maintaining working relationships to ensure alignment between parties
  • Managing interfaces, tasks and meetings between the project team, study partner and consultants
  • Organising and facilitating Steering Committee meetings, including presentation development and record-keeping
  • Managing financial and economic assumptions and modelling analysis, including benchmarking against industry standard hydrogen projects
  • In-depth review of feasibility report and deliverables
  • Responsible for invoicing against deliverables monthly, including any variations

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification in either Chemical, Process or Electrical Plant Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in relatable projects within plant engineering, electrical plant construction or renewable industry
  • Experience in projects, construction, maintenance planning and works management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate various engineering, environmental and financial stakeholders
  • Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal clients, business partners, consultants and project team members
  • High standards within both budgetary and schedule constraints
  • Experience in developing proposals, budgets and schedules for new studies is preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
  • Track record scoping PFS and FS is highly regarded
  • Experience within the hydrogen field is advantageous but not essential
