The Site Management Administrator role involves identifying potential study sites by assessing their feasibility and capabilities. This includes reviewing responses to site recruitment questionnaires and conducting site visits to gather more information.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of essential documents, including those related to site activation and clinical trial master files.

You will also be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data entry and timely completion of tasks. Additional responsibilities may include risk assessment, document collection, and negotiation with sites.
