Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility assessments and identifying potential investigative sites that meet our customers' needs.

You will develop strong relationships with site personnel to collect and analyze feasibility intelligence, identify risks to quality and compliance, and recommend site lists to support our site development strategy.

Our team works closely with project delivery colleagues to ensure the successful completion of clinical trials. You must be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people, prioritize and balance multiple activities under stress, and use standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiates feasibility intelligence collection based on study requirements.
  • Assists in vetting local sites, including research from internal and external sources.
  • Gains an understanding of identifying risks to quality and compliance and develops mitigation plans.
  • Recommends site lists to suit the needs of feasibility and supports the site development strategy.
  • Documents all communication attempts and follow-ups associated with the site and e-files essential documents in PPD systems.
  • Communicates with sites after survey review to clarify responses as needed.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable up to 2 years).
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including communicating with medical personnel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good attention to detail.
  • Good digital literacy and the ability to learn new software.
