Health Risk Lead

The Health Risk Lead oversees the first-line risk function for the health business, ensuring compliance and maintenance of regulatory requirements.

This includes coordinating activities across the end-to-end health business, promoting a positive risk culture, and supporting annual governance, risk, and compliance attestations.

Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing assurance programs, actively managing incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and improve processes.

Key qualifications include experience in risk-related roles within insurance and/or financial services, relevant corporate risk-based qualifications, and project planning and management skills.

Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
