The Senior Psychosocial Risk Manager will lead the development, coordination, and implementation of Department-wide initiatives focused on strengthening psychosocial risk management. Through evidence-informed strategies and sector-leading practices, you will contribute to a workplace culture that prioritises psychological health and safety, proactively manages psychosocial hazards, and aligns with current legislative and regulatory frameworks.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors, providing expert guidance on practical and effective psychosocial risk management approaches.
- This includes assistance with planning, implementing, and evaluating initiatives, ensuring alignment with legislative obligations and Departmental priorities.
Your expertise will be critical in fostering psychosocially safe environments where employees feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Department-wide initiatives to strengthen psychosocial risk management
- Provide expert guidance on psychosocial risk management approaches to managers and supervisors
- Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating initiatives to ensure alignment with legislative obligations and Departmental priorities
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, occupational health and safety)
- Proven experience in psychosocial risk management or a related field
