Health and Environmental Risk Manager

The Role of a Senior Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor is critical to ensuring the well-being of employees, contractors and the general public. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating potential health, safety and environmental risks associated with our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with project teams to identify and mitigate health, safety and environmental risks during project studies and front-end loading phases.
- Developing and reviewing health, safety and environmental risk assessments to ensure robust safety frameworks.
- Overseeing pre-mobilisation activities to ensure compliance with documentation and safety requirements.
- Aligning project scopes and client requirements with our internal health, safety and environmental management systems.
- Developing and implementing tailored health, safety and environmental management plans, including emergency response strategies.
- Fostering collaborative relationships with project teams and global stakeholders to promote a unified health, safety and environmental culture.
- Providing pragmatic guidance on health, safety and environmental matters to project leaders across study, execution and site phases.
About You
- 7-10 years of health, safety and environmental experience within EPCM, construction, mining or oil and gas projects.
- A minimum of an Advanced Diploma in Health and Safety.
- Formal ICAM training with demonstrated experience in incident investigations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EPCM delivery models, project risk assessment and contractor management.
