Dental Clinic Support Position

As an Oral Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment where you will be independently managing various tasks such as assisting the dentist with treatments, sterilization, scheduling, and patient interactions.
You will thrive in this setting by preparing for the day in advance to minimize interruptions to a smooth day, enjoying daily "huddles" before bringing your patient into the surgery, and tackling challenges by ensuring smooth and polite communication between patients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, professional support in both patient interactions and clinical tasks.
- Build positive relationships and handle pressure in a patient-facing role.
- Complete a range of tasks independently with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and precision.
- Display professionalism, problem-solving attitude, and nurturing positive relationships with our patient base.
- Maintain infection control, patient confidentiality, and care.
We are a newly renovated clinic set in a traditional Victorian style bungalow home with modern and state-of-the-art dental equipment. Our practice works only for our patients and does not have any preferred provider agreements.
