As a SailPoint IAM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing and testing our Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution.

SailPoint IAM Business Analyst Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge IAM solution and contribute to the success of our clients.

The primary focus will be on provisioning, de-provisioning, and governance workflows within our IAM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of complex Identity Management processes and use cases as per business requirements specification and technical design
  • Integration of SailPoint IGA system with at least one authoritative source is desirable
  • Configuration and customization of SailPoint connectors (AD, Web Services, and out-of-the-box)
  • Automated provisioning/de-provisioning, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self-Service password/profile management
  • Policies configurations and UI Customizations
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Work with business IT owners to gather information needed for business application integration with IAM solution like SailPoint
  • Collaborate with technical IAM solutions team, solutions delivery, service owners, architects, project managers, and infrastructure teams to understand and define SailPoint onboarding including technical and role data gathering, onboarding applications, and UAT
  • Synthesize Business Requirements and extract actual requirements from subjective wish lists and 'nice to haves'
  • Derive Functional Requirements from Business Requirements
Tester Responsibilities:
  • Experience in Test Plan/Strategy and Test Case preparation for SailPoint implementations including base implementations, SailPoint OOTB, and custom connectors and application onboarding
  • Generation of test results and test reports as per strategy
  • Developed test cases and performed testing for automated provisioning/de-provisioning, connectors, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self-Service password/profile management, etc.
