Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The IAM specialist will be responsible for implementing and testing IAM solutions, with a focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, and governance workflows.

  • Implement complex Identity Management/User JML processes and use cases based on business requirements specifications and technical designs.
  • Integrate SailPoint IGA system with authoritative sources and configure/customize connectors (AD, Web Services, and out-of-the-box).
  • Design and implement automated provisioning/de-provisioning, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self-Service password/profile management, policies configurations, and UI customizations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with business IT owners to gather information for IAM solution integrations like SailPoint.
  2. Work with the technical IAM solutions team, architects, project managers, and infrastructure teams to define SailPoint onboarding, including technical and role data gathering, applications, and UAT.
  3. Synthesize business requirements and extract actual requirements from subjective wish lists and nice-to-haves.
  4. Derive functional requirements from business requirements and document access certification workflows, provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, and future-state roles.
