Senior Customer Identity and Access Engineer

We seek a highly skilled Identity Lifecycle Management Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of identity access management (IAM) solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions that meet the needs of millions of customers.

  • Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Forgerock platform, including authentication, authorization, directory, and identity API services.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of identity platforms, including participation in on-call support rotation.
  • Deliver federated identity solutions using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0 protocols.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with the ForgeRock Identity Platform and strong understanding of IAM standards and protocols.

Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is desirable.
