About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cabinet maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, construct, and install high-quality cabinets and other premium quality furniture pieces for clients.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and precision in all designs.
  • Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and calibrate wood processing equipment.
  • Select materials, including wood, hardware, and components, to create high-quality finished products.
  • Install and assemble finished products on site, ensuring proper fitment and secure fastening.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in solid timber cabinet making or woodworking.
  • Expertise in joinery and variety of woodworking techniques.
  • Knowledge of carving techniques, including relief carving, chip carving, and sculptural carving.
  • Expert knowledge of wood species, panel types, and their properties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert knowledge of woodworking tools and machines.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to highest quality, company standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading and interpreting technical drawings and communicating with clients and team members.
