Skilled Cabinet Making Assembler & CNC Router / Edge Bander Machine Operator for cabinet.

Are you a skilled Cabinet Making Assembler or an enthusiastic CNC Router / Edge Bander Machine Operator looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-quality modern joinery projects? We're seeking a motivated individual with expertise in Cabinet Making Assembler, and an eager learner to operate CNC Router & Edge Bander machinery in our workshop.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Operate CNC machines to fabricate high-quality cabinet components with precision.
  2. Assemble cabinets accurately, ensuring adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
  3. Maintain an organized workspace and manage materials efficiently.
  4. Ensure strong health and safety standards.
  5. Demonstrate proven organizational skills.
  6. Pay close attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  7. Learn to understand technical CNC programs to produce precise joinery components.
  8. Possess previous cabinet assembly and/or CNC operation experience.
  9. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  10. Show excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  11. Apply strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  12. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications :

  1. Experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role is preferred.
  2. Strong interest and passion for cabinetry craft and machine operation.
  3. Handle products and materials gently and carefully.
  4. Forklift License (for CNC Operator)
  5. Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain workflow.
  6. Eagerness to learn and continuously improve skills.
